Lots of ways you could do it. Photoshop is of course one...lots of layer work. Or more probably they used something like Adobe Illustrator. Older deco art of the same type was all hand drawn. It could have started as a hand drawing and then been transferred to a vector artwork in Illustrator where it was refined. Long story short, I don't really know exactly haha.
I'm a 21 year old Southern California college student and part time Hooters waitress with too much going on inside my head. I love my family, my friends, and my wonderful boyfriend despite how crazy they all make me.
